At Marketrix, we believe technology should adapt to people, not the other way around. Our journey began with a mission to reimagine how users experience digital products—through intelligent simulations and AI-driven guidance that feel natural, intuitive, and empowering
Marketrix was born out of frustration. While trying to connect his bank account to QuickBooks, Irosha de Silva spent three hours on a support call that involved downloading extra software, screen-sharing with an agent, and still only getting a partial fix. The AI chatbot couldn’t help. The live agent was slow, intrusive, and costly for the company. That painful experience exposed a bigger problem in software support: users are stuck between static self-help docs that don’t solve real issues, and human support that doesn’t scale.
Seeing this gap, Irosha teamed up with his high school friend Yasith Jayawardana to build Marketrix — a platform where software could support itself. Instead of relying on outdated manuals or expensive human agents, Marketrix runs continuous simulations to “learn” a product the way a real user would, then provides instant, human-like help directly inside the app.
The mission is simple: eliminate support friction and make every software product more intuitive, adaptive, and self-sufficient.
